Make sure you are familiar with all details of published requirements. The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Allowances will not be made for those who fail to comply with published requirements and/or deadlines. You may contact us at adm.phm@utoronto.ca if you need clarification of the published requirements.
For purposes of meeting academic subject requirements, note the restrictions published under the ‘Academic Requirements’ section of our website. The specific subject requirements must be completed at the undergraduate level within 10 years of the year for which application is made, i.e. for admission in September 2024 the required subjects (which you will list in section 3 of the application) must be successfully completed in fall 2014 or later.
If you have already completed a recognized entry-to-practice Pharmacy degree (e.g. BPharm or BscPhm), do not use this application. Candidates who have already completed a professional Pharmacy degree would normally apply for the ‘PharmD for Pharmacists’ program or the ‘International Pharmacy Graduate’ (IPG) program, both of which are bridging programs and have separate application processes.
One registered, you can log in and complete each section of the application at your own pace. Click ‘save’ to save your entries and allow you to make changes. Click ‘Submit’ only once your entries are complete and accurate. As you ‘Submit’ each section, the next section will become available from the Home screen of the Applicant site.
IMPORTANT: Sections 1 to 5 , up to and including the application fee payment, must be submitted prior to the final application deadline of at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time. The payment gateway will be shut down after this deadline and access denied. Applications will be considered ‘submitted’ only if EACH of sections 1 to 5 are submitted by the deadline.
